1.2. Usage Data. We collect information about your interactions with the Wizerr platform, such as the features you use, search queries submitted, frequency and duration of your visits, and other user activities. This data is used to deliver and improve our Services.

1.3. Automatic and Technical Data. We may automatically collect certain information through your use of the Services, such as your IP address, device identifiers, browser type, operating system, geo-location information, and usage patterns.

1.5. AI Platform Connector Data. When you connect Wizerr to an AI platform (such as Claude via the Claude Connectors Directory), Wizerr receives the part numbers, natural language queries, and engineering questions you submit through that platform in order to fulfill your requests. This data is processed to fulfill your request and is not used for any other purpose. We retain it only as needed to operate, secure, and support the Services.

2. How We Use Your Information

2.1. Providing Services. We use the information you provide to deliver and optimize our Services, including account setup, authentication, and technical support.

2.2. Improvement and Research. We may analyze de-identified or aggregated data to enhance features and system performance. We do not use your submitted queries, part numbers, or uploaded content to train or retrain AI models unless you explicitly consent. We may, however, derive de-identified and aggregated insights as described in Section 2.3.

2.3. De-identified and Aggregated Data. In certain cases, we may anonymize or de-identify your information and use it for internal and external purposes, including improving our Services and developing new features. De-identified data does not identify you personally and may be shared with third parties without restriction. Notwithstanding the foregoing, data submitted by enterprise customers under a separate written agreement is governed by that agreement and is not used for de-identified analytics or any training.

2.4. Communication. We may use your email address to send you important updates, announcements, and information related to your account or the Services. You can opt out of non-essential communications at any time.

2.5. Security and Compliance. We may use your information to enhance the security and integrity of our Services, detect and prevent fraudulent activities, comply with legal obligations, and address technical issues.

3. Data Ownership and Sharing

3.1. Your Data Ownership. All data you submit — including search queries, part numbers, and account information — belongs solely to you. Wizerr does not claim ownership of any of your data.

3.2. Data Access. Beyond the uses described in this Policy, Wizerr will not access, use, or disclose your data unless authorized by you or required by law.

3.3. Third-Party Service Providers. We may share data with third-party service providers who support our operations (e.g., cloud hosting, billing, analytics) under strict confidentiality agreements. These providers process your data only as necessary to deliver our Services.
